Switzerland

Here is a glimps of Switzerland. I’m basically doing up my family’s holiday pictures because we have a “once-a-year-holiday” tradition and every year we’ll venture out into some country on our own (No tour). HAHA Hence, my love for travelling develops! :) This is mainly the cover-page and I’ll be infesting the back portion with photographs but its not done yet! Tada! A little english-england feel to this girl-guides chalet that we stayed. Tons of memories there :)

-Had a little tag for journalling.
-Found a fantastic way to matt titles with transparencies! :)

Romano

This is my final project for my Masters programme. Using tons and tons of embellishments. This is my family vacation to Italy in 2008. I love this very much. It has the roman feels of ancient history. There is a picture of the leaning tower of pisa (though not very much leaning due to the angle the photo was taken), Vaticano City and The Colossum! :) Like they always say,” When in Rome, Do as the Romans Do

Patchwork

mothersday

I made this for my Mother because Mother’s Day is just round the corner and also because I really really appreciate her very much! :) This scrap-page was inspired to me by the “Patch-work quilt” that mother’s would sew for their child when they are young and I had one when I was little! So you can see at the background there are very nice patches of different pattern paper! :) I also featured a very nice photo of us when we stayed in Switzerland, up on the Switz Alps! :) My Mum was also very willing pose a shot for me! YAY!

Ho! Ho! Ho!

Christmas buble. I hung them on my christmas tree. Its quite a cute thing and very easy to make. I used ribbons, beans and cover the buble with pattern paper first. HAHA! Hope santa’s happy when he sees them! :) These pictures are from our family Japan trip. Christmas + Snow= Blessed Christmas! HAHA :) Our first snow on Christmas Day.

This was done for Elvin’s mum (My boyfriend) ‘s birthday. It was REALLY a rushed project. I basically only like the layout and background. I didnt like that I wasnt prepared for the wordings (very ugly!) and the photos are NOT actual photographs. I didnt have a photo printer and so I just used normal printer with paper :( But now I do have a photo printer! :) So I dont have to worry about this anymore!.

I wrote what a good mother she was and what a great cook she is whenever I visit! :) Printed wordings. LOL! Sheesh…

My first lesson!

I did this in 2008 when I first attended a class @ Madewithlove. Learning about matting and layering and stuff. I had a wonderful wonderful time and ever since grew more and more in love. With just attending one class, I started scrapbooking…… HAHAHA! :)

I wanted my first time to be for my family. So I actually did a topic of  “MY FAMILY” featuring my dad, mum and younger brother. They have been with me all my life and we’ve been through so much as a family. My dad love this so much that he placed it on his office table. I felt that he was very supportive of me and I was really happy because he immediately said he wanted it in his office. :)
